Fleur De Sel
Le Tresor, organic sea salt is an exceptional Fleur de Sel. It is "certified" organic. This requires
the Plaudiers (salt rakers) to use only wooden tools to gather the salts. Use fleur de sel as a finishing salt on roasted vegetables and grilled meat.
